Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a Royal Mail or DPD tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with full tracking. You can also follow your parcel from your Masjec account under Orders. If your tracking has not updated for 48 hours, please email us so we can investigate.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact masjecskincareandhair@gmail.com within 14 days of dispatch and we will make it right.
